Additional services can be ordered for a minimum of one month. The Tenant has the right to terminate the additional services by notifying the Lessor in writing at least five (5) days before the beginning of the next calendar month, paying for the additional service until the end of the current calendar month.
It is possible to order the following services:
Parking space
- In the courtyard and Päevalille parking house for €36.00
- In the Manufaktuuri parking house for €30.00
Guest parking spaces next to the buildings can be used free of charge for up to 2 hours. Please refer to the Lumi Kodud price list for the cost of parking.
The visitor's parking spaces are reserved for guests of the residents.
Storage room
Storage rooms are located on the ground floor of the building.
- The storage room €20.00
- Small storage room €10.00 (Available only on Aiandi str.)
Bicycle and buggy park
Storing personal belongings on staircases or in the front hall of the building is not permitted. Should you not want to store your bicycle or stroller in the apartment, it is possible to store these in the designated rooms on the ground floor of the building.
- The bicycle park usage fee is €5.00 per space
- The buggy park usage fee is €5.00 per space
