Haabersti

Päevalille project is located in Haabersti – one of the most popular family friendly neighborhoods in Tallinn with limited modern housing stock. The project features a 16 storey tower with 100 studio, one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments together with a parking house and a recreational area on top of the parking house. All necessary infrastructure and services are well developed in the area including parks, large shopping centres and department stores while also being within only a 15 minute drive from the city center. The building was completed in 2023.
